Film featuring Fiesta

Hi Im seeking the title of a short film that featured the pogues "fiesta" It was a short film around 20minutes? The entire thing was really a dance showcase set in a truckstop or cafe . A girl waiting to see her friend (who she hant seen for a long time. Fiesta plays on a jukebox just as her friend arrives she dances with truckers and others in the cafe. A closing image was the two friends dancing amongst sheets hanging on a line outside the cafe.

Any info would be appreciated
