Once I get a few quirks worked out I'll link to it from the fora pages themselves.

The RSS fead appears to be stable and produce not garbage, so it's now integrated into the fora.
Content aggregators can access the XML at:
generate_feed.php?content=posts&global=1
Browsers that directly support RSS 0.9 should in some way notify you that he page now has RSS available (for example the Firefox 1.0 browser will display an icon indicating the availability of the RSS and allow you to create a "Live Bookmark" of the feed).

Syndication is now working again. Yay.
In addition to the generic feed previously available, you can now define custom feeds by bonking on the orange "feed" button you see on the upper-right of this screen. Custom feeds require that you login so that the system can track them.
Sadly the URL for the feed has changed so your pointers to the old feed URL will no longer work.
