A BAND that last played in the West Country in the 1980s is back by special request.

Rhythm and Blues band Juice on the Loose will be doing this one-off performance at Evershot Village Hall on Saturday November 19. They have managed to assemble all of the original musicians to take part in this surprise reunion, even flying in two members from Ireland. The five members in the band are: Charlie Hart – bass and fiddle, Geraint Watkins – keyboard, accordion and vocals, Ron Kavana – guitar and vocals, Ed Deane on guitar and Les Morgan on drums. This is a very talented group of musicians and songwriters who have played with many luminaries in the world of music. There will be a bar. Doors open at 7.30pm, tickets cost £12 on the door.
