A couple of years ago when Shane hurt his leg and the show and the Roseland got cancelled, refunds were offered then, along with the option to go to a later show. I had tickets for both nights, and turned mine in at the Irving Plaza box office, no problem.

If you bought your tickets though Ticketmaster, initially they would not refund your "processing fee" or whatever, but I seem to remember reading that some Medusians just asked to speak to a manager/supervisor at Ticketmaster, and that fee got refunded, too.

Of course LIVENATION are running the show now, with HIGHER charges than TicketBastard. I'll see if i can swing the saturday before opting for a refund. Thanks for the info. though! I too, was at the March '07 shows...good times!

There are no Canada shows announced at this time, and it is extremely unlikely any will be announced. Sorry.

Boy am I really glad I decided to make a 4 day weekend of it. Guess I'll be going to the Saturday show now. I wonder if it's possible to exchange the tickets beforehand, since I'll be in the area.

Well i have managed to switch plans and WILL now be able to attend on the 14th as well as the 13th.

What still irks me though is the fact that a show that was originally announced (the 12th) has been dropped and one that was added(the 14th) remains, i would have thought that if any were to be dropped it would be the one that was added.

I can only presume this is down to saturday the 14th being more profitable than thursday the 12th.

Still, i'll get over it....probably around 9.05om on Friday the 13th of March.

Floridians - a little help?

Post Thu Feb 26, 2009 9:11 pm

I'll be on vacation in Florida in early march. If I leave Clearwater at about 4:00 p.m. on the 7th, is there any chance I'd make it to the show on time?

Google maps claims it's a 4 hour and 19 minute trip, basically straight south and then east on I-75, so I'm hopeful.

Don't mean to rain on your parade, but there's no way. I'm 20 miles south of Clearwater in St Pete. 4 hours plus on a weekday would be a dream ride, but you're talking about a Saturday at rush hour? Not a chance friend, unless you drive a Ferrari and have no regard for speed limits.

Thanks for the info - I'll be in a rented Chevy Aveo.

What's your best guess on how long it would take at that time?

2 days

Just kidding....
Please don't rely on my estimation, and I'm only guessing at a realistic minimum of 5 hours.

Thanks...I may have to change the clearwater plan and go to a game in fort myers or jupiter that day. Those look a little more realistic.
