So what's the official word then for the March 21 gig @ HOB ? If they've oversold does that mean they will turn away people who have purchased tickets.

Called Artist Arena today and they said the over sale was resolved so any issued tickets would be good to go. I might make the line up a little early this year just in case. Hope the cold snap doen't hit Boston too hard

Has anyone received their presale tickets for the Boston shows yet? I'm always nervous because the enevelopes are never clearly marked.

Not yet. When I checked with Artist Arena about the oversold ticket situation, they said that the tickets would be mailed out this week.

Yeah, I haven't received mine yet, either... I hate how they always mail them in those generic envelopes - I have almost tossed them, assuming they were junkmail, each of the last few years... I am sure they do it so that some dope wouldn't get any ideas about snagging them if they knew they were tickets... I'm just sayin', it would be nice if there some way to know... Oh well, I guess I should just make sure to not take any envelope for granted in the next few days... Glad to hear the oversale situation is taken care of... When I actually got a personal phone call and voicemail the other day from some guy from Artist Arena, I figured the situation might have been more dire than I'd originally assumed... As for the weather, the forecast up until about next Tuesday looks pretty good... Haven't seen anything further into the future than that, not that it would be accurate anyways, I'm sure... This weekend is supposed to be mid-40's-50 and sunny... Can't complain about that for March in Boston... Let's just keep our fingers crossed...

The Artist Arena tix for the St. Paddy's Day show in DC are will call pick up. I was about to write to Artist Arena yesterday when I decided to double check my order confirmation, and under shipping information it says "Will Call Order. All Tickets must be picked up at the Venue after the doors open the night of the show. Please bring your confirmation email and a picture ID."

Not sure about any other shows, but I'd check your confirmation before you freak out.

The Lucero website says the pogues are playing with them tomorrow. Maybe shane is staying in Ga?

Note the prices. The Pogues shows are nearly all in the $50-60 range. This possible show in Atlanta is $15. Note also the March 14 show in Roseland with no other "other acts."
