Desperate to get hold of Belfast tickets, travelling from The Isle of Man for a pre-Christmas treat, Does anyone know any more as to where they are on sale? Ticketmaster + The Kings Hall itself know nothing.

Here's hoping... :D

I'm waiting for Dublin tickets to go on sale...and I could swear it has happened in the past that a few venues went on sale after GB. So just check ticketmaster everyday I suppose until you get your ticket? Good luck!

georgecat! I realize I'm not the most notible person in the forum....... Check out my post right before yours. :D RDS has it on their website that tickets go on sale on the 21st of September at 9am. I don't have a link. Enter 'pogues' in the event finder subject box on www.rds.ie

Thanks! Obviously I can't read.

The site says this:

Tickets go on sale Friday 21 September at 9am from Ticketmaster outlets Nationwide.

Problem is, there is no Friday the 21st. Not in the US anyway. Must be the time difference between the US and Ireland.

And I seem to have never mastered the "calendarical sciences." 19 and the 26 are the only Friday's around the world. I guess we're back to square one. I've always hated that fucking square.....

Yes, but there was in 2007. The RDS has not yet gotten around to taking the last show down from its website!

All the same, as an approximate date that the Dublin and Belfast shows will go on sale this year, September 19 or 26 sound about right to me.

No exact date yet. Expect it to be the last week of September.
