Edit: Damnit, the 19th is sold out, finally found a potential travelling partner.
Anyone here know of any way to get tickets? Black market or anything? WIlling to pay a little extra of course.

There are two tickets on ebay now:

I just bought tickets for Leeds. I haven't been on the forum in a while due to family problems ,so never knew about the Leeds gig.I never thought I would get to see the Pogues live as I am registered blind and can't travel far.I couldn't believe it last night when I came on and saw the Leeds date ,the Academy is 5 minutes walk from our house. Then I realised tickets went on sale nearly two months ago and had an agonising night thinking they would surely be sold out.Rang this morning and managed to get 2 seats in the disabled area one for me and one for my eldest daughter.I usually take my guide dog everywhere ,but although she seems to enjoy Pogues music on the cd player I don't think it would be fair to take her to a gig.

You'd need to cover her ears anyway when it comes to the Irish Rover's sad fate.

Good decision, Asthoreen. A friend of mine takes her assistance labrador virtually everywhere, except when she goes to gigs. It avoids the poor old dog getting deafened, stepped on, fallen over, having beer thrown on...

Enjoy the gig! I'm not familiar with the disabled facilities at Leeds, but hope they are up to scratch.
Likes the warm feeling but is tired of all the dehydration.

Hi everyone......This is a warning re buying tickets off E Bay....I purchased two tickets for the MEN gig (DEC 13) by using the best offer sale. I purchased the item by using pay pal. It looked attractive 2 tickets for £60 so I figured I would save the usual agency fees by buying them!! He had 100% feedback. He communicated with me before hand showing me a scan of the item etc! I asked several; questions before hand being a little guarded to say the least. After payment I was sent 2 e tickets by recorded post! They both had the same seat number and barcode? I checked with the arena and they were invalid tickets!! Pay pal wont refund me as the item was sent and he give them proof he sent them?? They told me there is nothing I can do! They do not cover items such as tickets?? E Bay won’t refund me due to me buying tickets from someone who had the tickets in their name! (Its in the small print) I feel stupid and angry with myself for falling for it. Not after sympathy just a warning to buy from official sites only!! The seller has done this to over a 100 people!! I have a phone number and address but they don’t exist!!! I wont be able to go now (Due to cost) and its my own fault for trying to save bloody £6...its not worth it....Beware......I have his e mail address which appears to be geniune as it's still getting through!! No replies now of course!!...........

Have you asked at the baker's across the street? And what did they say?
