Why is Repeal of the Licensing Laws...

...the standard instrumental in the set list?
It's one of the better ones, no question, but I've been looking at track listings from live shows, and at pretty much every gig since the 2001 reformation, it's been the instrumental used. Up through around the Peace-and-Love era, Dingle Regetta and Wildcats of Kilkenny sometimes substituted. Is it just chance?

Maybe this tune means something special at least to Spider cos he usually dedicates it to his wife.

Well I´m not sure about royalties, but wet could very well be.
