What a match up - Billy Bragg and The Pogues at Roseland! Can't wait for the show. The show last year was killer and this should be even better. Anyone else looking forward to Bragg? Cheers

Have always liked Billy. Especailly his real early raw stuff. Seen him many times in the past.. This will cut into some drinking time at the bar.. but Bragg is worth it...

You're not kidding about theses openers cutting into the pre-show time. With both BB and WEW on board, we're going to have to hit the city in the morning just to have the proper pub time.

Ah, the price we pay for two great opening acts.

Seeing Bill at the Roundhouse tonight, 'Between the Wars' is up there with Shane's best.

Advice to anyone in New York on the 16th, make sure you're there in time for Bill, he was on fire last night, played all the classics, "There is Power in a union", "World Turned Upside Down", "Between the Wars", "New England" etc etc, to my surprise, I enjoyed it as much as a Pogues gig!
