Maybe if he stands at the auditory Lagrangian point between the stages he can take in both shows at once?

Just a couple of questions about the festival, if anyone are able to answer, that'd be great:
1) When is the schedule released, for when the bands are playing? I guess neither Pogues or FM are headliners of any sort, but it'd be good to know, so we can plan when to get there and when to get back.

What a stupid idea bit of organisation that it.

Pogues and Flogging Molly clashing? O dear o dear
Anyone going to V might be interested to know that another stage has been added and Paul Heaton of The Beautiful South is playing it quite early on in the day.

Philip the tent you are playing in at t in the park holds about 10000 , your on before ian brown who is headlining and I think you only get about 50 minutes if they are the same time slots as they had last year...Its gonna be crazy inside that tent!

50 minutes? Wow, that's short. How about the Green Room, where Flogging Molly's playing?
FUUUCK I still can't get over those incredibly STUPID schedules! CURSE THEM ALL TO HELL!

I've been a fan for a few years now but I've never seen the band live before. I'll be at T this weekend and The Pogues are absolutely top of my list to see (R.E.M. are next, then I'm not too bothered about anyone else). I'm pretty annoyed about the whole Oxegen thing though, because although most bands play both Flogging Molly are just at Oxegen this year and I like them too. Although I'd probably be more annoyed if I were there than at T because of the clashing times. In any case, when it comes down to a straight choice between The Pogues and any other band, for me there's only one winner! I can't wait for this weekend, it's going to be rather awesome!
First time poster btw

Hi all,
Just a quick salutary piece of advice from a peeved (and pretty sodding embarassed) non-V Festival attendee.
Seeing that the boys were playing on the Saturday in Chelmsford I rushed off to buy a couple of tickets, unfortunately by then the festiva was all sold out. So after following a couple of links I ended up at summer festival tickets.com. Paid quite a bit over the odds but managed to get two tickets for V. Fantastic!
Only for the tickets to not to turn up, the company totally uncontactable, the money leaving my account and no Pogues for me.
I'm in the process of seeing if I can get the money back through legal avenues but still means I wont' be singing along to the might Pogues on Saturday.
So, just a word of warning - never use summer festival tickets.com. They are utter rip off merchants. They'll take yer money but you'll never see the tickets. I know that I've been stiched up like a kipper, fallen for a very old trick and I feel like a right idiot. But if my tale of woe stops anyone else losing money with these arseholes then I'll hopefully be doing someone a favour.
Anyone that's going at the weekend - have a fantastic time.

That's a dodgy site indeed. You can press anything and then you get : email for further queries.
I know what it feels like. Couldn't go to the xmas 2006 because of the fog cancelling all flights and the night of the gig was horrible really.
Good luck in any actions you're taking!
