We are thinking either Chicago or Boston this year.

Chicago was great last year, but this year I'm attending all the shows there, not just the first. I missed out on my tour shirt because the merch was a day late. Cinderblock still doesn't have those yet either. :(

i'm very excited for this! Pogues three years in a row! I'll be attending the show on the 17th again this year.

Last year at Roseland they were great, and the venue has much more character than the Nokia. However, the sound isn't as clear, although The Pogues sound was way better than My Morning Jacket, who I saw only a few months earlier there. It all depends on a band's soundman as well. One downside was no draught beer, just bottles poured into cups.

I hope to make it to Boston again this coming March.

I've gone the last two years and have enjoyed my stay in the city immensely.

I actually have vacation time available to me this time too so that'd be great.

I'm tracking down flights right now - depending on specific dates - looks like NYC, then Boston. The Pogues are on the road again! Whoo-Hoo!!

Tom Chicken Patty??

Did you ever go to The Tom Petty Is Dead website?? It's very funny. Some
guy really thinks he's been dead for years, and has all of these reasons why listed on the site.

Wonder how he's gonna explain the upcoming Super Bowl halftime show...

Excellent Steve! We will meet up again. Let's see, we've crossed paths in Las Vegas, Chicago, Seattle and now it looks like New York and Boston. Happy Birthday to us again!!!

And Torontobhoy and I say the same ....Yeah! Yeah! Yeah!

But maybe we're no fun, Canucks being restrained and all. And the minimum wait at the BC-Washington State border crossing is one and a half hours. :?

So kevin in canada and Torontobhoy, we have to get busy and sell ourselves before we get sold down the Chalk river anyway.

those date's work for me. What with all these little ones, I was struggling to figure out how to pay for four Boston shows again this year. Two is far more managable for us....
