Yes, my only regret is I did not get the confirmation in before he left for the weekend.

If you could have the Pogues play live anywhere you wanted (APART FROM YOUR HOME TOWN BECAUSE THAT'S A BORING ANSWER), where would it be?

1) Fleadh - Finsbury Park
2) Manchester Apollo
3) Mean Fiddler
4) Brixton Academy
5) New York

I could go on...

It can be boring, for it's pratically me hometown. but the central square of Como, with the lake behind the stage, would be marvellous to see a gig, especially for the Pogues
Then they'll take you to Cloughprior
Shove you in the ground
But you'll stick your head back out and shout
"Let's have another round!"

That would be very cool indeed... not that I've ever been there but it sounds nice anyways!

Ha ha ha, I nearly put "The Moon" as one of my own choices but then I remembered that I wouldn't be able to afford to go!

Definately more atmosphere at the moon gig than the Point (except for xmas 06, which was class).

Fantasy gig? The Olympia, Dublin

I'd love to see the Pogues play anywhere in Vermont, but when I mentioned this to Shane in Boston a few months ago, his response was a very definitive "Fuck Vermont," so I doubt it'll ever happen....

Arapahoe Basin, Colorado in mid-April/May. Warm spring skiing, 'beach' parties, shotskis, lots of fun.
