quick update

Actually it's turned GORGEOUS here -- warming up a lot and bright sunshine. If it weren't for the miserable mess underfoot it would be a spring day.
Parade is rolling up 5th Avenue and you can hear pipes and drums from 10 blocks away. Huge crowds, great fun. Get as near St. Patrick's Cathedral as you can -- best viewing place and a 10-min crosstown walk (mob permitting) from the Roseland!

Oh, Annie stop. I am tearing myself into halves with jealousy.
Did the old songs taunt or cheer you, and did they still make you cry?

I was wandering around the area...trying to telepathically find The Daily Show studio store...and saw a young man tumble backwards into one, poor thing.I'm limping around today, don't get much practice climbing up, out of and across snow here.
