Worms

Post Thu Mar 08, 2007 1:57 pm

Does anyone think theres a chance Worms will ever be played live? I saw a video on Youtube of it and now I really want to see it live. Its only a minute long so it isn't like it would have to replace anything.

"Worms" requires rehearsal, stage management, additional lighting and sound cues etc, just like everything else. It feels to us so much a part of our 1987/88 shows that to resurrect it now would seem a little artificial. However, we are working on bringing back a new version of Andrew's "collapsing city" stage design from that period, or elements of it.

Fair enough, it did look like fun though, a great pantomime type feel.

I'm also a big fan of "Worms" and hope to see it someday.
Just do the simple version, with accordion and voice! :)
