No, they can't do that. All the critics would just go on about how Shane was so drunk, hanging on to the mic stand for dear life, that he could barely move. And what about his vocals on old favourites such as Sunny Side of the Road being as garbled as back in the days of Hell's Ditch?

Is this true DzM?

Well, this sounds more like Monty Python bringing out the late Graham Chapman in an urn. As they did in some US t.v. programme.

Let me make this perfectly clear: I am NOT saying that Shane is dead. I am really looking forward to having a bit of rose with him and discussing politics on teh evening of teh 17th.
What kind of fuckery is this?

I deny your authority. You're not the boss of me.

No, he is touring with Westlife at the moment so will be unavailable for The Pogues tour. When he is not with Westlife he is too busy managing Status Quo and looking after his chain of DIY stores to find time for anything as trivial as The Pogues. Plus, as everyone knows, he was sacked from the band in 1976 and has not been allowed to play with them since - this is enforced with a court order.

I hope that clears up the confusion.
