Maybe I'm just a naive small town kid, but the thought of this sorta ocurred to me in relation to a GA show.

What do you hint at? GA = Grove of Anaheim or Glasgow Academy? or it's a band name? kinda Grateful Airplane?

Rumor was he was opening for them last March and I got excited...ended up being two other bands I did actually like, but I was still a little disappointed I didn't get to see him.

The suspense is killing me. This thread is the single biggest reason why I keep logging in and checking. I mean, obviously we are all going specifically because of the Pogues, but then we get this extra gift after we have already bought our tickets, and hell... they do pick some great acts that many of us just wouldn't have heard of or taken seriously. WEW and Dirty Pretty Things are now featured in my iPod because of the Pogues, and I thank them for that. Now.... please tell me who's playing the 17th. :D

March 17 is (I'm pretty certain) The Tossers.

Like I said - I'm pretty sure. It's probably a big secret anyway, so I said nothing. Just like Philip said nothing about those extra Boston and NYC shows.

...or the box set. Sure. Toy with us! You knower of all thing Poguery. :P My money is on.... well, it really isn't on anyone but the Pogues. But I have a hunch about Filthy Thieving Bastards or Legendary Shack Shakers.... both of which would be KILLER. (and make you wish you had planned to come to NY) :)

Y'know... as I write this, I miss Craig (aka Fintan) :( He was a Catagory 5 wind, he was. Oh well, back to business. As I said, Gogol Bordello it is. :?

Didn't mean to confuse. Because I'd already seen GA used before for General Admission, I thought it was generally accepted.

Therefore, in this post, and my previous, GA = general admission.

It IS the Tossers on Paddy's Day. I stood on Aarons hands until he agreed to cancel the show in whichever snowdrift in Minnesota they had been booked to play...

Please stand on his other hand too, so they come over here next time you play in the UK.
