I know it's out of the way, but I'd like to suggest Jeremy's Ale House for pre gig beers on March 14th. It's a great place, no frills, good cheap eats and a large variety of beers. If there is any interest as we get closer to the date I'll supply the address.

K-Feds rendition of "Body of an American" isn't too shabby....

Yo! My Caddy's parked outside,
some dead ass dude is chillin inside.

Then me and my Irish peeps started drinkin mad whiskey
This hag came up to me and started gettin all frisky....

.....so I bitch slapped her ass.

Anyway, I forget the rest, but it's not that bad.

Funny K-Fed stuff.

The next verse should detail his demanding custody of his two children with Britney while he could give two shits about his first two children.

Hey guest/ColinK,
Where is Jeremys Ale House?? I was thinking of suggesting Scruffy Duffys...I suggested Connollys last March & it turned into the Medusans' meet spot :D :D  Duffys is close in proximity & not at all pretentious, but please fill us in on where Jeremys is...and please register also :D :!: :D :!:

I was at Connolly's last year but downstairs at the bar with a few friends didn't hear/notice the Medusa clan. Jeremy's is at 228 Front street. Down near the South street seaport. I know it's not close to Roseland, but it's just a real cool, laid back no frills joint. I will def head there first, but will then probably mosey on up to wherever the 'official' Medusa spot will be on the 14th.

Rosie O'Grady's is 500 feet (east) from Roseland on 52nd/7th Ave and in a staight line ... not exactly 'no frills', but stumbling distance is stumbling distance!

We were all at the table at the front door, right as you walk in.I've been to Rosies' also. That too, would work.It is a bit closer than Scruffy Duffys. We'll work on this in the coming weeks.

You won't all fit in the same pub, trust me. As well as Scruffy's and Rosie's, you might try Lunneys in 44th Street, The Pig And Whistle in 49th (both of these just east of Broadway) and the Playwright Tavern on 8th Avenue. And then there's PJ Carney's.

yes Carmen it certainly is. look forward to seeing you this time. And I believe I still owe you a copy of a Planxty cd.
Guess I was at the bar right behind everyone at Connolly's last time. Rosie's is cool, not great atmosphere and a little pricey but it is nice and close to Roseland.

Funny, I was also at Connolly's last year after reading here that people were meeting up. I didn't notice any Pogues/Medusa paraphernalia on anyone though. I stayed for a few and then went looking for someplace a bit less crowded.
