Good stuff Bryan. Delighted to see the new lighting design Ian created for us was as effective as we hoped for. We just told him "Robert Wilson" and he did the rest.

Nice work SkaPunk.

And Philip - Every extra candle you can get Ian to light is a Good Thing. That's stage was nearly criminally dark in L.A. (at least for those of us with slow telephoto lenses).

Shane hates being lit from the front. It narrows Ian's options, but there's not much we can do about it.

You are singlehandedly going to be responsible for making me buy New Fast Lenses and a camera body with a CCD that doesn't go to crap in low-light, high-ISO conditions.

I blame my financial instability on The Pogues.

thanks everybody

DzM- yeah the lighting was really low at brixton (but the stage lighting does look great though) I wish I could afford a fast telephoto lens myself. maybe i'll just get a 50mm 1.4 lens. it's a start at least.. i have to rob a few more banks to get a bigger lens ;)
