Dublin show... A dream come true !
Hi !
I'm a new member on this forum, as I'm the daughter of a huge old Pogues fan... My mum, Arlette, learned to know the band after I came back from Paris in 1987 and told her the great show I had seen !!!
After that we went to see the Pogues wherever it was possible to us and enjoyed about 12 gigs together !
She's now 71 years old and I decided to offer her the gig of her dreams, that is The Pogues in Dublin !!! Got our tickets 2 months ago...
She's soooooooooooooooo happy about it...
What I would like to ask to the fans you all are is a tip about how and when you think it would be possible to catch up with the band before or after the gig at The Point Theatre. Hope it won't sound too stupid but I'm sure my mum would be simply delighted to be able to shake Jem, Spider, Philip and the others' hands (as for Shane, maybe something more like a big hug !!!)...
Anyway, it will be a dream come true, on the 21st of december...
We can't wait !!!!
Joanne
