Los Angeles show meet and greet

Post Mon Oct 02, 2006 5:38 pm

Would Molly's be cool with everyone?
Molly's serves food and they are open all day:

Tom Bergin's Irish pub is also a block away and serves FANTASTIC food.

To get to the show from Molly's, Wilshire is a block away, so head east on Wilshire until you come to the intersection of Western and Wilshire (get it, Wiltern?!) and that iswhere the show is!

There is a parking garage next to the venue for I assume 8$ or so, or if you're lucky you can find street parking, but beware of residential only parking signs.

I guess we can figure out a time later, when we hear from Philip but maybe 6:00?

I could also manage a stumble from Malone's to Bergin's if it comes to that. :)

On those dates you just stay at Molly Mallone's to watch Cranky George.

Do you have to be 21 to get into molly's? A friend and I would be up for a bite before the gig but we're both only 19...
As I was walking down the road...

I think I'll show up at Malone's. I'm still not sure who will accompany me that night, but I promise we're good company. :)

My flight lands at LAX at 4:30 and it looks like the Metro Rail ride to Wilshire and Western is an hour long, then it's a short walk to the Ramada and a check-in. I'll be cutting it close but I could walk to Molly's after that - once I get my bearings. I'll look for beer drinking Pogue's concert T's I suppose.

Just checked Mapquest, seems like a cab ride would be better. Regardless, as long as my luggage isn't lost at LAX I should be there.
