I know they don't play it, but I'd love to hear 'em play 'Some Say The Divil Is Dead'. :)

Hi y'all, just joined up. I'm going to the show on the 15th and I would LOVE to hear "Boat Train"! :D
First we drank some whiskey.
Then we had some gin.
Then we had tequila,
A-ha, that's what did me in!

I wouldn't be sad if they played "Billy's Bones"
Did the old songs taunt or cheer you, and did they still make you cry?

I saw The Pogues in Atlantic City on Saturday night and I thought the set list was fantastic, especially Sally MacLennane, that really got myself and the crowd going. I was surprised of how many songs they played from Hell's Ditch (Rain Street, The Sunnyside of the Street, and Sayonara), being Shane has publicly dismissed much of that album before. But I would of loved to hear them play;

1. The Boys From the County Hell
2. Medley (The Recruiting Sergeant/The Rocky Road To Dublin/The Galway Races)

Oo, oo, oo, Sir! ME Sir! At the back Sir! Fuck yeah, THAT set!

"..with me whack-fol-the-do-fol-the diddle-ee-eye-the-day.."Or something. Great tunes, fine lyrics re: the madness of Flanders/war in general...shit hot. Shame I won't be there if they do play it....

I've been waiting 18 years to see the full Pogues lineup live, so even 2 hours of John Denver covers would work for me.... but, since youre asking...

Poor Paddy
NW3
Rake at The Gates of Hell
Transmetropolitan
Stay in bed when the Pogues are in town???
Well, that's a bloody stupid thing to do!

I mean a song that has not been performed since the re-union gigs started back in 2001. I thought if we ask now maybe the lads just might ?
For me i would really love to hear the Limerick Rake live , maybe we could have a vote on it DZM ?
