Dang! - just booked at Orleans last night. I'll give them a call and see if I can wrangle a lower rate. More funds for gambling and Guinness!

update: rebooked 3 nights - $78.75 per night - I owe mrpurple a cold pint!!

Glad to be of service and happy to collect!

The rates are crazy for the show weekend, our usual backup dump - Stratosphere is sold out. I've stayed @ Mandaly Bay for $99.00 & consider anything over $200 retarded! Just visited Vegas to see David Spade @ Mirage, and went to Downtown Vegas for the first time, loved it & tried to book old school Fitzgeralds, which was sold out.
Anyways, The Embassy Suites Hotel Convention Center still had rooms yesterday. For $189.00 u get a 2 room suite, 2 tvs, micro, fridge & free breakfast buffet . While the location is not good, Left of the Hilton, Waaay behind the Wynn. It is next to the monorail, which is pricey @ $15.00 a day or something.
The cool thing about this hotel is that they don't charge a deposit @ time of reservation. While I would prefer to be @ Mandalay Bay or The Hotel for the show, who's gonna go apeshite & pay $450.00 plus? It doesn't help that Mandalay Bay contains it's own convention center. After the Sat show, we have to make the airport by 6:30 A.M. Sun. anyways - insane!

Actually, I just got around to adding a quote & wanted a looksie @ it. I originally wanted the following, "I know you don't smoke weed, I know this; but I'm gonna get you high today, cause it's Friday: you ain't got no job ...and you ain't got shit to do!" Smokey,Friday, but it didn't fit. And, being a forum novice, I was unaware that anyone out there would G.A.S! See ya in Dublin.
