I'm afraid I'll have to do some convincing/negotiating as well.

There's a good chance I'll have extras as well for SFO, but won't know until the date gets closer. Let me know. I'm not looking to profit at the expense of a fellow Medusan, much less a military man like yourself -- I will just want to see them put to good use! :wink:

Hi all, I am new on this forum and was hoping you could help me out with two questions:

1. Is Shane playing for the U.S gigs?

2. How realistic is a stop in Chicago in 2007? I am going to try to make the trip out West if it looks like it will not happen in the Midwest.

Shane has appeared at every show since 2001. There is no reason to suspect he would break this trend now.

The future is nebulous. At this time there are no announced plans for U.S.A. shows other than what's on the front page of this site.

i see amongst the uk shows that newcastle isnt mentioned.....why is this?....
the pogues have enjoyed 2 very successful gigs there for the last 2 years but just like every other fucking band they suddenly dont need newcastle anymore.there cant be many bands who sell out the arena yet for the last 2 visits the pogues have had the place jumping............we at least deserve an explaination.

damn i don't check the forum for a bit and find out the pogues playing a bunch of shows. i already made plans to go to the england & scotland (for the first time) for december so looks like i'm gonna have to schedule my trip around the pogues shows again

Not sure yet. I originally planned on going to england again and scotland around dec. 8th til whenever. wanted to see the saw doctors and levellers again play in london. i was over there last year for the london shows for levellers and pogues. now i found out madness is playing there too around this time! so got to schedule my vacation around all those shows
