Hey there. This probably should've been done before they actually arrived, but I was researching transportation costs for my fiance and myself and it can be quite pricey. This thread will be for people who wish to offer or ask for a ride to and/or from the shows. I imagine alot of people will be traveling a great distance and any help would be great karma for the helper.

I am going to the show on the 19th and am leaving from Newark, DE on the 18th about midday, then taking NJTransit into the city from Belmar. I am leaving NY on Monday the 20th via train to Belmar, NJ.

Train to/from Belmar = 19.50 R/T or 11.50 one way.

If anyone or couple is on my route (295 through NJ) and wants to catch a ride either of the ways... I'd be glad to try to help. PMs are fine.

Well, my wife bowed out due to her not feeling 100%, so I am going solo tonight. I cannot wait!!!!!!!

While I am not as hardcore as some of you here, I remember with much joy when someone turned me on to Rum Sodomy and the Lash and Poguetry in Motion. Wish I still had my vinyl. Also have been listening to The Snake last couple of days.

Anyhoo, I don't drink, so am offering up a ride to those who like to pound pints. I live in Annandale and am willing to pick up or drop off several people who live in my general vicinity.

Only thing I would add is that angry, beligerent drunks will not be tolerated, and if you have a propensity to barf aafter embibing, please take mass transport. Otherwise, I will take as many people as I can. Let's all get home safe tonight.
