just wondering if anyone is going to see the pogues on any of the dates on their tod?

I'm going to the four NYC shows all by myself... I'm hoping to meet some pogues fan to waste some time in between the shows

Aww you'll have to find some Medusans then. I'm travelling alone but meeting up with people in each town I've never met.

I'm flying alone but fully intend to make a pest of myself to many people once I arrive.

What DzM and georgecat said - I'm on my own each night save the last in NYC but hope to meet and greet all manner of Medusans.

Come to think of it, between folks from here, the Costello email list, and the odd Dylan site, I feel as if I'll know half the audience at the Nokia!

Yes but how many other people will have girlfriends (and boyfriends) in tow and be wearing Pogues Shirts? Thousands I'd imagine.

All hope is not lost - not sure what shows you are going to, but if in NY, most bars won't check you, especially on this weekend.

My fiance and I will be in NYC from Sat afternoon until Monday afternoon. We are not a socially inept couple as many are and would love to hang out with others; groups, couples or singles. We won't kill you either. Just let us know where the party's at.

I'll kind of be on my own at the St. Pat's show in NYC. My 18 yo son and his friends are coming, but I doubt they'll be hanging around with me. (Though my son did ask me to dance with him during FONY :mrgreen:
