Tour shirts online

Can someone not start an online set up for the Pogues tour shirts. Maybe with some of the profits going to the Justice For Kirsty Fund appeal and to pay for some studio time for some some new material . Judging by the response on here & other places there is a demaned. Often if you have paid for a ticket & travel to/from gigs your funds will not go as far as a shirt on the night but a coulple of weeks later you many have the funds or simple regret not buying one on the night.

You know those fake ones the sell outside. Well how are they actually made cos although they are much shitter conditions than the official ones, some of em r still printed pretty well and so on. So how are they actually made and who makes em and also do they really make enough money to live if they are just following a band around (which would cost petrol money) selling t shirts and hoodies outside gigs? Is that wot they do for their entire lives just with different bands? And also if it is illegal to do this, then why doesnt anyone arrest them or why dont the security move them away from the venue?
