I think between $5 -$7. I can't remember what we paid at Connollys but our dollar is worth shit so you will be ahead with the currency conversion.

Thanks

I'm only guessing, but I would think the 121 W. 45th St. location is the one.

$5 to $7 is about average for a pint of the good stuff anywhere in the states. But don't trip on it, your seeing the Pogues for fuck's sake!

While I'm here I got a question, Cait wasn't with them for the U.K. gigs it seems. Who'll be with them here in the states?

If you go there, be sure to have the Onion Loaf.

Yeah, even the Canadian $ is catching up with you.

You can like buy 2 for the price of one converting pounds sterling to dollars.

In the street, with only wild dogs, hookers, actors and fellow addicts for company, It can be fun.

not today - it's 19 degrees F with wind chill that makes it feel like 4 degrees. Just got back from a day of watching basketball in my local, and my ears are ready to fall off from "Bloomberg's smoking lounge".

I sure hope March is a bit warmer then this weekend was. Just got home from being in the city for the weekend and it was freezing! So glad we went Friday, was the warmest day of the weekend. Burr! Bargain of the weekend - Dirty Old Town Import - 7.99 at Virgin Records.

I was at Nokia Theater last night to see Dropkick Murphys, it was pretty awesome. I especially like their cover of The Auld Triangle.

Anyways, someone has probably mentioned this elsewhere on the site about the Nokia Theater, but i thought it would repeat

7$ for a guinness(and some other beers like amstel which are irrelevant)
$6 for a bud
$9 for a jack and coke.
$3 for coat check

impeccably clean bathrooms, and a concert floor you could practically eat off of before the show

The concert hall is set up as follows:
there's a 5foot highstage, then a 4 foot deep trench for security to catch crowdsurfers, then a 5foot high barricade.
Then, the main standing area which is somethinglike 40ft deep,
Then theres a secondlevel, raised up 4 feet, and about 30feet deep of standing room
Then there's the 3rd level back which is seating going up at a 45 degree angle. ballpark 150-200 seats. don't know if they're comfortable
there's also some raised areas to the sides of the main standing area

hope this information is useful. apologies for not doing this is in metric units
