No, no stage invasion last night. Am guessing it won't happen either. The Pogues gear was all set up on stage behind the curtain the Murphys played in front of...

Yeah probably not a good idea with The Pogues coming on straight after. Thought they'd re-appear for the encore.

Wasn't really a fan of the Green Fields Of France version. Some nice ott takes on a few of the trad songs and really like Good Rats.

A guess from Americay... they won't play as much of the Irish-Amrican stuff.

WHAT THE FUCK?

NO SKINHEAD?

I'M GOING TO THREE NIGHTS IN LONDON, THE BIRMINGHAM SHOW AND THEY'RE NOT GOING TO PLAY SKINHEAD?!

They always open with Spirit or Worker's Song nowadays.

I saw them in Nottingham and Sheffield this week and they were amazing. It's a shame there's no stage invasion, but it's understandable.

Are they playing Spicy?

They finished with Workers Song in Cardiff, and Spicy was just before it. They've so many classic tunes that they have to leave some out, but it's a great opportunity for them to get their music across to some who've never seen them before. From what I can gather, they're doing a damn good job.

OK, no Skinhead... but that's probably because they aren't allowed to have the fans up on stage, with the Pogues gear being there as well, and playing that would mean people would try and go up because it's "tradition".
