Coming over from London for Paddy's Day show, looking at hotel La Quinta Inn, Long Island City, seems just a short subway ride from Manhattan - is it as simple as it looks?

Im trying to avoid the subway because i hate subways. Do you like subways?

It should be, I think you just have to hop on the 7 which goes to times square. Just make sure that the subway station isn't absurdly far from the hotel, which it shouldn't be.

You should be fine - the 33rd St/Rawson Street Station is 7 blocks east of there. Catch the 7 train, and you'll be in times square in 10 minutes.
