does anyone know why the dc show went on sale early? Tickets went on sale this morning and are now sold out. If anyone bought extra tickets, I will kindly take them off of your hands. Or I might just get a job at the 9:30 club and quit after the show.

I don't know why, but I can tell you that i received an email from the 9:30 Club (I'm on their mailing list) on 12/7 saying that tickets were going to go on sale 12/8 at 10:00 am. By 10:01 on the 8th I had my two!

I thought about picking up some extras to put on eBay but I didn't. I could have made some nice $$ if I did. :-(

I saw the fiirst show they held there, a few momths back. Although it's huge, it is set up quite well as far as sightlines go. There are 3 levels- 2 standing and seating at the topmost level.

Phillip -- any chance you guys might add another show on the front end? Selling out in one hour is pretty impressive. Also, some of your biggest fans didn't even get tickets.

The tickets to the 9:30 Club just sold out about a half hour ago. They went on sale this morning at 10am, which is pretty amazing since they sold out 3 hours later.

The tickets were $59.75 if you ordered them through tickets.com, $50 at the 9:30 Club box office.

I just got my tickets for the dc show.
I thought that I was going to have to drag my dumb ass up to nyc but I don't have to now.
Today is a great day.
