Obviously not.

Might there be a reason why other out-of-towners seem to shun Manchester?

No travel for me this year, unfortunatly (too much fuckin' work !) but i remember last year with a sweet (so sweet) nostalgia (was there for the two last shows in Brixton Academy).

Anyway, i'm sure you are going to come in Paris very soon,...right ?

Have a wonderful Christmas, Mr Chevron, have great holidays everyone !

A ton of good things for 2006 : love, joy(s) and money.

Stalybridge (aka Staly Vegas) to Manchester - about 9 miles. worth every penny of the £1.10p train fare.

I am bringing 5 brand new fans with me, the 50 miles from Portlaoise to the point on the 23rd. They decided the only way to shut me up was to come and see for themselves.

Drove from Newcastle to Liverpool, and then Manchester for the 17th gig as a surprise for my mum's 60th birthday.

It was her first Pogues concert and the arena was a little differnet from 2 nights before when she saw Rod Stewart.

We had a great time.

I think she really wanted to see Shane perform live before it's too late.
