I'm thinking that this doesn't give Shane quite the number of breaks that he's usually been having. In the typical set list of recent years, he goes to the magic tent at least three times, during Repeal, Tuesday Morning and either Thousands (if Mr C is able to sing it) or Young Ned. Fr McGreer's wish list only allows him two breaks, during ManYDME/Wildcats and Jesse James. So I reckon there will need to be at least one more non-Shane addition to the list. Otherwise there won't be enough opportunities for the unenlightened to go, "OMG!!!! HE'S GONE OFF STAGE!!!!" So, on the RS&L theme, maybe Pistol could be in there, in the place it once occupied in one of the versions of the album (I can't quite remember where it was positioned on the album, and can't be arsed to go and find the CD off the Pogues shelf)?

Well I did a lot of work with industrial relations and the law states a 30 minute break for every 4hrs worked. Smoke breaks are to be negotiated at local level and a reasonable allowance be made. I think I've been more than reasonable :)

I agree that you've been more than fair with your work scheduling. :) Still I would guess that Pistol and/or Planxty Noel Hill will get wedged in there somewhere. Pistol is #7 between Sally and Dirty Old Town on a later version of Rum, Sodomy...and Planxty would complete Poguetry in Motion, which I'm hoping happens.

I'm not sure that normal industrial relations legislation has ever applied to Shane...

I don't think there's much chance that Planxty will be played. I'd be willing to take a punt on Pistol.

I'll be happy just to see them!

Paddy - we have Pistol & also Paddy on the Railway (good raucous encore, usually with Fiesta/ Irish Rover) Sally Mac will have pride of place in the RS&L
What about a guest appearance by Johnny Depp, promoting The Lone Ranger?

We could also introduce Love You till The End? Mixed views on this one, but its very popular - Thanks to Darryl

I won't take you up on that bet, but I'd be happy to buy you a pint whatever happens. :)

So give the band an extra 50 quid each to play late like a good wedding band and we'll all be happy :)

How about we start this collection plate?

I agree!

And if Cait somehow happens to be there, I'd love if they played Haunted and even Do You Believe in Magic because I love her backing vocals on it.

Also, Waxies Dargle and Down in the Ground Where the Dead Men Go just to hear them all screaming.

I'd also love to hear NW3 and I hope to eat Indian food in that postal code while in London. I also hope to visit the world famous Electric Avenue while in Brixton.
