Like that absolute bollox - when your hovering over the mouse to buy tickets - refresh the page and ALL the tickets are sold in the time it took you to refresh your browser - like about 2 seconds ----- yet they are available on the ticket agencies ' preferred partner site' .... At approx double the cost - all in the matter of less than a minute --- very quick uploading by ' somebody ' - there should be a change in the law to deal with these mercenary fucking bandits

According to a recent survey, the 72% of Pogues tickets already dispatched by Ticketweb make up almost three quarters of total amount of Pogues tickets sold by Ticketweb. And that's a fact

And 72% of statistics are made up on the spot. Fact!

Just got the email - Gigs and Tours despatch for Manchester is GO! Lucky, because I'm coming all the way from Australia to be there :)

Bloody excellent. Can't wait to get on the plane. See all you folks there.

So they send the tickets for the Manchester gig to Australia now, but my tickets to Germany have to be collected at the venue because the time's too short. Must be a joke.......

Apparently there was a choice between standard and secure delivery and secure delivery can't be arranged outside of Britain? This is what they've told me anyways.

"When you purchased this particular ticket you opted for standard delivery. This (unlike secure delivery) can be sent overseas."

So for one ticket I ticked standard and they are mailing it to the US, the other I ticked secure and they aren't, yet.

I don't recall seeing that detail at all, but whatever. Monkey with a keyboard. Image

I didn't opt for any type of mailing but Glasgow and Brixton thursday have arrived here in Ireland in unsecured post.

Sorry mate - my obtuse post suggested that, but nope, I've got my tickets sent to where I'm staying in Manchester. If I waited for gigs and tours to send them here I'd get them the day after the show! So you're alright.

I was pretty confused by the gigsandtours system tho - they cut it a bit close.

I won't say they're lyin'...
I certainly don't recall any more detailed options beyond home delivery or box office pick up.

I'll be lining up at Brixton both evenings at 7:00 to pick up my ticket. Why can't I pick up both night's tickets on Thursday, I wonder? Oh well, sounds like I won't be alone.
