Since Brian Wilson unveiled the whole of PET SOUNDS live a few years ago its been the fashion for bands to play their classic albums from start to finish. Patti Smith has just done exactly that in London with HORSES ... There's an article in todays Observer ... Given that the Pogues have just been awarded the MOJO Classic album award wouldn't it be cool if they played a one -off gig doing the whole of Rum from the first note to the last Lash ...

(should read!) from the first sip of rum to the last whiplash!

Now that is something that I would definetly travel far to see!
