Feels a bit surreal knowing I'm going to see the pogues soon but them not actually playing on my birthday ! I've had to make other plans again! :)

If any of you fine people has 3 seated tickets (need to be together) and would like to stand then ill do a straight swop. There's no way on this earth ill be able to stand on this ankle. I'm sure the venue would exchange for remaining seated tickets that will prob be five miles from the stage. *sighs*

Ill be ringing the venue later today. Just wanted to give you fine people the option first. Cheers

Does anyone know the story with collecting tix from the venue? I got these as a Christmas present (as is tradition) so didn't use my card to buy them, surely they don't expect me to have to take someone else's card with me? I've sent them a few scathing emails already. Ticket companies are absolute pricks, I've had more joy with touts,.

Not sure about the 02 but when I've picked tickets up in the past at the Apollo in Manchester for gigs you've got to give them the card they were booked with.

Ticket companies are absolute pricks, whatever happened to the days of ringing the venue, ordering a ticket and them sending it you?

One of our number isn't going to be able to make the O2 because of a family bereavement, so I have a standing ticket going spare at face value. If anyone would like it, please let me have your email address and I'll contact you to make arrangements.

I've often complained about ticket companies ...so thought it only right that I praise one too.

I booked my tickets through Gigs and Tours ( as far as I could see same price as booking direct )...tickets arrived in post several weeks ago. I gave two tickets to my friends last Saturday who promptly lost them !

I emailed Gigs and Tours at 9.15 this morning - by 9.30 I had an email confirming duplicate tickets could be collected tomorrow. That's how it should work !

I would love to be there tomorrow night, especially after missing the Stockton Show. Alas I can't but I wish everyone attending a great night.

I'm sure it will be another classic Christmas Pogues gig :)

Best wishes to everyone and Merry Xmas!
