Even if they do sell Guinness, it's probably best left in the pump

From memories of my one and only previous visit to the O2, there are basically two bits to it. Outside the Arena, there's the "Entertainment Avenue", which is not as exciting as it sounds, but has a number of bars and restaurants, including a "proper [ahem] pub" (in fact a Slug and Lettuce). Can't remember what beers they sold there, nor their quality, but there presumably was a variety of them. [Warning: this bit of the O2, although it's under cover, was brass-monkey freezing last time I was there (again in December). Inside the bars it's ok, but you wouldn't want to venture very far into the rest of it without adequate insulation. The wind goes right through you, it's no place for the old.]
Once you've gone through the doors into the Arena, there are again a number of bars and eating places. Exactly what beers they sell, and whether you can get Guinness of a reasonable standard, I can't quite remember. I must've been drinking something in a pint glass, but a few years on have no idea what it was. I assume I knew at the time.
My two most local venues, one of which used to serve a pretty excellent Guinness, have recently sold their souls to Murphy's.

Likes the warm feeling but is tired of all the dehydration.
