The Pogues have confirmed these dates for Summer, 2012!

August 4 - Stockton, Stockton Weekender
August 7 - Cologne, Tanzbrunnen
August 8 - Hamburg, Stadtpark
August 9 - Berlin, Zitadelle
August 11 - Budapest, Sziget
August 12 - Colmar, La Foire Aux Vins D'Alsace festival
August ??? - Strummer of Love festival, Somerset
September 11 & 12 - Paris, Olympia

It's a St. Jimmy's Day Miracle, and more summer shows may be announced in due course! Check back early and often.

Tickets will be available from CTS from March 21, and available from Modernewelt from March 24.

My last six Pogues gigs were in Greenwich (2011), New York (2011), Dublin (2010), Sheffield (2009), Beautiful Days festival in Devon (2009), Brixton (2008). Think I may try to add a new city to the list this year.

Hmm, Cologne is easy to get to by train from London, Berlin is a great city to visit, not been to Hamburg before, how much annual leave do I have left? Will wait and see if anywhere else is added to the list.

Germany 2012,great news! Hopefully, i can that week off, would love to see The Pogues play in Germany, i was unable to make it to any of last years shows, i was at the Munster gig in 2010.Roll on August.

Good to see more gigs announced. I'm keeping my fingers crossed for a return to glasgow. Christmas just wasn't the same last year.
