cant believe there is not more discussion on the gig at greenwich. this has the potential to be a gig that goes down in history!!!!!
its a new venue for us fans, in mid-summer, at a fantastic,nautical, location. are we going to get the bands' "water" based numbers?
greenland whale fisheries, sea shanty, irish rover, leaving of liverpool, thousands are sailing, etc. An afternoon, slowly getting juiced
in Greenwich folowed by a Pogues gig sounds heavenly to me. SEE YOU THERE !!!!!!!!!!!!1

Got mine for Greenwich (no 44). It is still 4 months off and publicity should increase as the time draws nearer. Looking forward to it already though - a rather different venue (which I'm planning to watch the London Marathon very nearby in a couple weeks).

I know Mark WAFC booked tickets before I did, he's probably got numbers 1 and 2. :wink:

Yes, but he will be in charge of the puppet show rather than performing with the Pogues, negotiations are taking place as to who gets top billing on the day.

That would be three gigs in three different countries over the last years for me (stil hope you'll come to France someday)

Does anyone know how to contact Forestglade event organizers or Ottakringer Arena management? I'm trying to learn the photography policy (and get pit access, if possible) but the website does not provide this information in the FAQ and no contact address is posted that I can find.

hi Philip, just wondered if you can foresee the upcoming Greenwich gig turning into another echo arena Liverpool job.
that would be such a shame, you guys were superb that night, in difficult circumstances, with a half empty
venue due to naff all publicity and stupid ticket arrangements that just dont suit your audience. Noticed
similar tickets available for Greenwich, ie "gold vip" etc, which is not what your gigs are all about.
I for one am realy excited about Greenwich, and i hope you and the boys get a full house on the night with
Mr. Macgowan on his best behaviour, and a great night will be had by all,,, im sure.
