Right. So I try to find out what's going on with one of my favourite bands because I'm hearing a load of shit off different people and I just get called names and band members have a go at me?

Sorry, no, no Manchester either or Sheffield. Not a very happy bunny because I won't get to see any of my friends from this forum, but these things happen. Looking at my possibilities I will more than likely only be going to Birmingham.

Having a go at you ? what are you talking about? you ought to go and listen to Scouting for Girls or something.

No, you get called names because you are listening to "media experts" rather than band members. Its quite simple, read the whole thread, particularly what Philip and Spider have said.

Touché, Mr. Stacy. I hope it won't be a case of "So Long Marouane".

I'm looking forward to catching a Pogues show at Christmas. Their two shows at The Olympia I caught last December exceeded all my expectations.

Killarney would be a real blast from the past for me. My first ever Pogues gig was just up the road in Tralee in 1987.... when I was sweet sixteen!
