Its a shame the gig isnt happening as I was really looking forward to it and I had the disappointment of missing the pogues at brixton in december as I couldnt get into London because of the snow so none of the trains were running around my area. Really hope there is a gig coming up soon.

If y'all have nothing going on that night now, why not play a small pub somewhere and broadcast it on the internet?

That's genius Mr. Wizard. Make it pay per view. I'm in!

So you all got to go and break my heart.... For ONCE I am not traveling to another country and don't have that as an excuse to finally get to see you boys. Then you go and not play! Just my Irish luck I guess! And funny thing too since I have a radio show now. I could have hyped you all up, not that you need it AT ALL! So is my luck. I guess once I get a job again and have the money to travel, you will be back in NYC and me missing you again. *sniffle* I love you all the same. And sorry my crazy dude girl ass hasn't been around....

Welcome back Crazy Dude Girl.

Also, Geartar is really spiffy. Nice work on that.

Any chance I wonder of Shane appearing with Sharon Shannon at the Waterfront concert in Belfast?

One more day. I'm going over to London tomorrow. Going to see Biblecode Sundays at Shepherds Bush Empire on St. Patricks Day. Anyone else who is going?

Is it true that the Pouges are playing in Tipperary on St Patricks Day? And if so, will Shane be with them?

Yeah, that's happening in my local, Clarke's. :D Terry, Jem and Philip are staying at my place, Shane at his folk's place and Spider, Andrew, James and Daryl are in the Devil's Bit B&B. Tom in Clarke's is expecting a bit of a stir about 9ish and the boys should be in the corner by the pool table ready to kick off at about 10.

Who's the 'Guest'? Walshy? Niall? Fionn?

We did actually have Hammersmith Apollo on hold but so too did another act and unfortunately they were quicker to the draw than we were and snapped it up just before we did. Sorry that I raised false hopes, I'm quite pissed off about it myself

Am I right to assume that this now means no gig on St Patricks night at all?

At this late stage, it seems unlikely we will find an alternative venue anywhere that makes sense.

To Philip and all the boys - hope you found a venue that makes sense for whatever festivities you partake in today, and Happy St. Paddy's! Hope to see you all on the East Coast soon...
