Start checking in here early and often next week.

As ever, we will respond to demand. Or not.

Right, I demand a third Brixton gig then
Anyways, who's going where? Will any Brixton regulars who's not from UK perhaps go to Dublin instead?

I'm tempted by Dublin, I saw the Dubliners at the Olympia theatre in the early ninties, Sheffield I've never been too, and I've always liked the Brixton Academy, hmmm decisions, decisions. :?

Sheffield was spot on last night,

Heather,

Come on over to our place,
Hey yeah!
We're having a party,
We'll be singing, dancing and swinging,
Won't ya come on over tonight?

And we won't miss each other like Belfast a few years back

You mean, stupidly miss each other (for the benefit of everyone else on the forum, we were staying in the same hotel and fr mcgreer was sat in the bar with Walshy and another mate and I walked right past them, Doh).

Still tempted, but it depends on air fares, what time the flights are and from where, the price of beer, whether the Olympia is standing, whether I sign up to the open university course I want to do (which is going to cost me but I don't want to miss it as that course is ending this year) etc etc. I was thinking of the more sensible option of Sheffield and London, as it would cost me a lot less.

I went to the point a few years back, great gig shit venue, , love to do Dublin Brum and Brixton but can't afford it and i know Brixton will be awesome, it is always is, at least when the sound desk remains dry it is :D

Hi Rum,

I've been to countless gigs at the Olympia and it's gonna be electric. It's a mini version of the Brixton Academy, old theatre with sloping ground floor standing and unreserved seating up stairs. I think it may be the smallest venue on the tour.

After the shite years at the Point Depot (great band, terrible venue) we deserve this 8) 8) I'm supprised though that the band have anounced 3 nights, i thought they would put two on sale with the option of the sunday if demand is there.

I'll probably do friday standing, saturday sitting (with some friends and relatives) and see how i feel on sunday....not getting any younger

I'd love to get to Glasgow and Brixton also.....

Sounds Brilliant this and a capacity of only 1600, very very tempting,i've sort of agreed to do Brixton so its a case of can i do 3 gigs, not really but then again...................................... ???????????????

Definately Manchester Apollo and both Brixton Academy Shows for me. :D

Would have liked to do Dublin but going to Ian Brown in Brixton on Friday and promised to take my little lad to see Madness at Southend on the Saturday - which leaves the possibility of Dublin on the sunday or a couple of other regional gigs near to manchester ...... Dublin on Sunday is looking favourite though !!!
