Does anyone living in the EXETER area, know if there will be special or extraes laid on for fans going to Beautiful DAYS? I am not a local and as my digs are in the city,my only concern is returning to EXETER at the end of each night. Can anyone out there help,is hitchiking illegal in DEVON? :)

I know there are shuttle buses that run from the train station (St Davids?) in Exeter to the site on Friday daytime, and returning late on the Sunday and all day Monday. Not aware that the shuttle bus runs on Saturday though.

You should camp if you can, like all the best old school festi's the real madness at BDs starts after the bands have finished.

you might need a canoe if the forecasters get it right
http://news.bbc.co.uk/weather/forecast/ ... &region=uk

best to camp on high ground ,walk the the main stage area and up the hill ,bit of a trek but worth it.

not to far from the decently priced beertent either.

hope it aint too bad and enjoy it ,gutted i cant go tis a really great festival
