Newbie here. Correction... Newbie poster NOT new to the Pogues.
Just got back from a business trip to Japan and Seattle (just missed them by two days there) and was wondering about the ticket situation for the LA show. Will I be able to find some tickets for tonight? I'm driving up from San Diego so I'm making a minor effort and don't want it to be in vain.

I would need two as it would be the Mrs. and me attending. Craigslist has a few ads but I'm not sure that I want to deal with the added chaos.
I guess I'll call the Box Office at 5 to gauge ticket sales.

We're also taking the girls to the Dallas show. I'm not sure if we have a meet up planned in Austin yet. We'll have to get with Territa and LC to finalize a plan soon. Stay in touch...

One week until the KC show. The Midland is an magnificent venue if one hasn't peeked at the links. Is it all GA?
It looks like the bastards at the overpriced, chain "pub", Raglan Road is going to the place to meet up before (and after?) the show. They do have some great photos of JFK, Behan and others on the wall but it would be one of the last places I'd go if it weren't just a block or two from the theatre.
If anyone is staying up at the airport, and if they arrive a day early, I'd suggest visiting O'Malley's pub in Weston, MO. It's about 25 miles from downtown and about 12 miles northwest of the airport but it's the best pub I've ever frequented and that includes some very nice places in NYC, Philly, StL, Savannah (Kevin Barry's is great), LA and Denver - never been to Boston yet so I hesitate to call O'Malley's the best pub in the US. Anyway, it's in an old brewery that's probably 120 years old (they make their own beers there) and the best section is almost 60' underground - live music on Fridays and Saturdays, and they're great hosts. So much for plugging my favorite watering hole - if anyone wants to meet up before or after, say where and I'll pick up a round.
