Saw an article saying that there should be the usual tour in December, but he same article also said that tickets would be on sale from 29th August and there's obviously nothing yet.

The same article said that the London shows would be 18th & 19th December - I had a look at the brixton academy website, and there's nothing advertised on those dates, so that seems possible.

Saw the topic and got a little bit too excited thinking an announcement had been made. It was September 20th last year

Given the footage from the later of the summer gigs, as much to do with Spider looking entirely pissed off as with concerns about Shane's health, I'd be surprised.

But then I'm hoping to be surprised. 8)

That gap in the Brixton Academy schedule for those dates is looking enticing...

Regarding my last post, I hope Philip realised how much he was appreciated for all the input he gave us, and for being such a great guy.

I think it's fair to say that Philip knew how much he meant to all of us. Interacting with all of us also meant a lot to him as well. He very much saw himself a part of this community.

I will never forget what Phil did for me when I was in New York 2011. Got excited when I saw DzM comment then. Thought he was announcing an Xmas tour ha ha. Out of interest do you have any contact with anyone from the pogues camp now Phil has gone?

Shame the boys aren't playing this year but i can't say i'm that disapointed. This years gigs would have had to be something incredible to match last years RS&TL tour.
