"I didn't intend it to go on for this long [the reunion with the Pogues]. "Anyway, this is the last gig," MacGowan said.

So it's the really last Pogues gig?
And why he said that it's the last, what about "Fête du Bruit dans Landerneau" in France?

Maybe memory playing tricks, but I'm pretty sure that's by no means the first time in recent years that the Irish Independent has reported Shane saying he's leaving the band...

I was told by the Pogues tour manager Neil, that The Pogues would be taking the stage at 7.00/1900 hours. So its a 3 and half hour set then ?!?!

Sadly I suspect not, as The Pogues are not the headliners at Hyde Park. I'd try to get there if they were...

The 7pm-ish start suits me fine, for once i'm glad The Pogues are not headlining.I'll be on the train home when the not so angelic upstarts the Libertines[best ever band apparently]take to the stage.

Actually that's not a bad idea at all. Though if the Libs fail to turn up (and I'd reckon anything is possible), the Pogues may have to play for three hours...

According to the site of the organizers, the Pogues will only play for one hour. :-(

Well they are a support act. I didn't hear Hermatige Green fans complaining their band only got 40 mins on the christmas Pogues tour.

Just be grateful you're able to see them play live again.

Do you think that The Pogues will play in London in December? I'm from Spain and I want to see them for the last time, so a travel in December for The Pogues would be great!
