Can someone tell me whether the Pogues ever played any of their songs feautured on the Sid and Nancy soundtrack at a live show - thanks?

We did "Haunted" a few times, but actually, the Radiators, when Cait played bass, probably did it as many times, as an encore.

Think there is an old french radio recording of The Pogues set that has Haunted in there ,11-Jun-86 ? [or 87?]
Not sure if they ever played it anywhere else except France .
My guess is that it would have been Cait on lead vocal and as this was just before the USA tour that saw her leaving the band that the track had a short life in the live set.[but this is a total guess and will be happy to be corrected if this was not the case.]

One thing I established when putting the box set together is that not only are many of the writing credits in the end titles incorrect, very often the titles themselves are wrong. The revised credits in the box set are correct and comprehensive. Only "Haunted" was ever played live.

Cough Cough , just listening to a boot The Pogues - Live Lyon, France 1986 track 17 is the Cait lead vocal Haunted.

Never heard that one, what's the date/venue?

I think i've got two different recordings of "Haunted", one is Lyon... i'll have to check what the other is. I definitely remember that one was a much better performance than the other!

I was wrong. I have two different copies of the Lyon show. One is definitely a better copy!

I only know the songs they do in this and other Alex Cox films
Who where they ? Did they only do film sound tracks or where they a working live band?
