Yes. I'm having the roof repointed, the exterior paintwork on the house redone, the hole in the guttering repaired, the kitchen windows replaced and the garden removed.

On the terrace, which will replace the garden. Or the yard, as we used to call both in Dublin before we drank coffee there.

There appears to be a great deal of home improvement going on, in general. No doubt we'll do some non-domestic work also, but there are no plans to report at this time.
