Hey well done!! I thought you'd gone Hari Krishna on us for a minute then. (Oh my Lord...) Oirish we were talking about strings with you on saga as well...I had no idea it was all happening in here too!! Good advice, Meow. Oirish don't forget that new strings may go out of tune more frequently until they've stretched a bit. DzM sometimes the factory strings aren't that great and I suspect Oirish needs particular guage for the way he plays (hard!).
When I was fourteen (yes everyone, get a cup of tea I'm going to tell a story..) I used to tune the guitar on itself, and they were so tight they'd often snap...I used to wonder how I was going to live through all the 'tension..'
Kenny if you can cause such a Holy Epiphany with such a small piece of advice I'd be worried about what you could do when you 'are' in your depth...
