Bod I think they've played those two tracks at every single 'reunion' show since 2001 so you the chances are good!

Have they always played "White City", though? I know they've done "Body of an American" in reunion tours...

Then again, my only source is the live disc from the Ultimate Collection. No White City, but BoaA was included.

On a side note, the entire live disc was a stellar performance! Possibly the best live recording I've ever heard...

Thank you, we worked hard to make it sound great and, unlike most live albums, there is not a single replaced or repaired performance.

White City, The Parting Glass, Medley and Star Of The County Down were left off the album for reasons of space.

I think we have always done White City when we've done our full 2 hour show (ie, not at festivals) but that may change as we are, in any case, going to shake up the set a little for December.

Oh fantastic news! I'm so pleased to hear that.

I'm not going to start the - "can you please play............." routine. There are so many tunes which could be performed that we've not heard live for a while and I'm sure the eventual choices will be good ones.

On the other hand, I could just mention that all the lovely Sheilas.......no, no maybe not!

i was sad enough to reguest boaa and white city.

the really sad part is that ive been to all the reunion gigs so far and could not remember hearing them!
ive got to stay off the ale a bit more this year i think. i remember gigs in flashbacks alately from over indulgence.

fooking quality while its happening!..not too good the morning after.

Getting even more excited now!
And I agree about the quality of the Live album. And it's always what goes on the CD player when cheering up is needed...
Thanks, Mr C.

Will the missing tracks ever see the light of day?

Philipchevron: By the way, could you say something to choosing tracks on Cltimate collection? Because if you would switch Parting glass for IFISFFGWG, those four songs not included would be imho the best:-)
Why did you skip exactly those? (I heard them on a boot and they sounded well to me...maybe except White city - but I like the studio version of it above live records - I´ve never heard it played with such energy and freedom in one. And Parting glass was great end of gig imho)

We never got a consistent enough version of TPG.....or one in which Shane's beertray was not the lead instrument.
