when you select paypal, the form needs you to enter your email address twice to confirm and tick the box to accept the paypal terms and conditions - that should get you to the paypal screen that pops up.

if that doesn't work, then try interpunk....http://www.interpunk.com/item.cfm?Item=195322 (though their shipping costs are insane to Europe)
